This fall and next spring we are selling pies! It is a big fundraiser for us and we can use lots of help.
The pies are scheduled to be made on October 16 and March 26. Below are the instructions for taking orders. You can download an order form and print it yourself or you can get one from Laura Heffron by emailing or calling 616.794.3839.

PROJECT GRADUATION PIE FUNDRAISER
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TAKING ORDERS
1. The cost of the pies is $8.00 each or 3 for $21.00. Payment must be made when orders are picked up and checks should be made payable to: Project Graduation 2011.
2. Turn in orders and payment to either the high school or middle school office, or call Laura Heffron at 616.894.3323 or Ray Bordeaux at 616.915.3671. It is recommended that you make a copy of the order form for your reference before turning it in. Order deadline is Wednesday, October 6, 2010.
3. You, as the salesperson, are responsible for picking up and delivering the pies that your customers have purchased. Pies must be picked up on Saturday, October 16 at Shiloh Church between 12:00 - 3:00 p.m.
4. Stress that these pies are made the same day and can be frozen for up to six (6) months. Try to appeal to the holiday bakers and businesses that may consider purchasing them as gifts for their employees. Pies are unbaked! The pies are made with all natural ingredients – no peanut oil is used.
5. This fundraiser has huge potential and helps project graduation’s cause immensely; we need you to do your part to help sell as many pies as you can!
